1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you," or "your") and wowph1 ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the wowph1.cam online gaming platform. By accessing, registering for, or using any services provided by wowph1, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Jurisdictional Requirements

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register for, access, or use wowph1 services. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement and that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and truthful. wowph1 operates under license from the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and is intended exclusively for players physically located within the Republic of the Philippines at the time of play.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of wowph1 services complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. If online gaming is prohibited or restricted in your location, you must not access or use our services. wowph1 disclaims any liability for violations of local gambling laws by users.

2.2 Account Creation and Security

Each Player may maintain only one (1) account with wowph1. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and shall result in immediate suspension or termination of all accounts associated with the Player, forfeiture of account balances, cancellation of bonuses, and potential legal action. You must provide accurate personal information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on government-issued identification, date of birth, valid email address, and Philippine mobile telephone number.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login information with any third party. You agree to notify wowph1 immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. wowph1 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

2.3 Identity Verification

wowph1 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification (passport, driver's license, UMID, postal ID, or other valid Philippine ID), proof of address (utility bills, bank statements), and proof of payment method ownership. You agree to provide such documentation within fourteen (14) days of our request. Failure to provide requested verification documents may result in account suspension, withholding of withdrawals, and potential account closure.

3. Financial Transactions

3.1 Deposits

wowph1 accepts deposits via various payment methods including but not limited to GCash, PayMaya, bank transfer (to Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and others), credit/debit cards, and cryptocurrency. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency transactions.

You warrant that all funds deposited into your wowph1 account are derived from legitimate sources and that you have legal ownership and authority to use such funds for gaming purposes. wowph1 prohibits the use of our platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity and reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities including the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) of the Philippines.

3.2 Withdrawals

You may request withdrawal of your account balance at any time, subject to completion of any applicable bonus wagering requirements and identity verification procedures. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit whenever possible. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are displayed in your account withdrawal section.

wowph1 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests exceeding PHP 50,000 or when we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms. Such checks may delay withdrawal processing by up to fourteen (14) business days. wowph1 shall not pay interest on account balances or pending withdrawals.

All withdrawal requests are subject to verification that the Player has fulfilled all wagering requirements associated with bonuses, has not engaged in prohibited activities, and has provided satisfactory identity verification documents. wowph1 may refuse withdrawal requests and confiscate funds where we have reasonable grounds to believe the Player has violated these Terms or engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity.

3.3 Fees and Charges

wowph1 does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals processed via our standard payment methods. However, your payment provider (bank, e-wallet operator, or cryptocurrency exchange) may impose its own fees, for which wowph1 accepts no responsibility. Currency conversion fees may apply for transactions involving cryptocurrencies or payments processed in currencies other than Philippine Pesos.

4. Gaming Rules and Conduct

4.1 Fair Play Requirements

All Players must engage in gaming activities fairly and in good faith. wowph1 strictly prohibits cheating, collusion with other players, use of automated gaming software ("bots"), exploitation of software errors or game vulnerabilities, chip dumping, and any other activity intended to provide unfair advantage. Detection of such prohibited conduct shall result in immediate account suspension, confiscation of funds, and potential legal action.

All games on wowph1 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been tested and verified by independent gaming laboratories. Game outcomes are determined randomly and cannot be predicted or manipulated. Any attempt to interfere with game integrity, including hacking, reverse engineering, or exploiting technical vulnerabilities, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in criminal prosecution.

4.2 Responsible Gaming

wowph1 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide various tools to help you maintain control over your gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. You are encouraged to set personal limits based on your financial circumstances and to treat gaming as entertainment rather than a source of income.

If you believe your gaming activity has become problematic, you may request self-exclusion from wowph1 services for a specified period or permanently. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted via email to our support team and shall take effect within twenty-four (24) hours. During self-exclusion periods, you will be unable to access your account, place wagers, or make deposits. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the specified period expires.

4.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and shall result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds:

• Allowing any third party to access or use your account
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly

• Attempting to reverse deposits (chargebacks) after funds have been gambled

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Terms

All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that shall be displayed at the time the bonus is offered. By accepting any bonus, you agree to comply with all applicable bonus terms.

Unless otherwise specified, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the number of times you must wager the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount) before withdrawal is permitted. 5.2 Bonus Restrictions

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the wowph1 platform, including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, text, images, audio, video, game designs, trademarks, service marks, and trade names, is the exclusive property of wowph1 or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use wowph1 services solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, transmit, or exploit any content from wowph1 without our prior written consent, except as necessary for normal use of our services via standard web browser functionality.

The wowph1 name, logo, and all related product and service names are trademarks of wowph1. You may not use these trademarks without our prior written permission. All game content is owned by respective game providers and is used by wowph1 under license. Unauthorized use of wowph1 intellectual property may result in legal action.

7. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

7.1 Service Availability

wowph1 services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Technical issues, server maintenance, internet connectivity problems, or circumstances beyond our control may occasionally interrupt service availability.

wowph1 shall not be liable for any losses arising from service interruptions, software errors, game malfunctions, server downtime, or technical difficulties. In the event of a game malfunction that affects game outcomes, wowph1 reserves the right to void affected wagers and refund stakes. All wagers placed during periods when games are malfunctioning may be deemed void at wowph1's sole discretion.

7.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, wowph1 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, or personal injury, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of wowph1 services shall not exceed the total amount of deposits you have made to your account during the three (3) months preceding the date the claim arose. Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

8. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of wowph1 services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

In the event of any dispute between you and wowph1, you agree to first contact our customer support team to seek informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved through our support channels within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue formal legal proceedings. You agree that all disputes shall be handled on an individual basis and you waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

wowph1 operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Unresolved disputes may be escalated to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanisms in accordance with PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming operators.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

wowph1 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account and refuse any current or future use of our services at our sole discretion, with or without cause, and with or without notice, including but not limited to circumstances where we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, provided false information, or acted in a manner detrimental to wowph1 or other players.

Upon account termination, all bonuses and promotional offers shall be immediately forfeited. wowph1 reserves the right to withhold account balances where we have reasonable grounds to believe funds were obtained through violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or illegal conduct. Legitimate balances remaining after deduction of any amounts owed to wowph1 shall be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of any required investigations.

You may close your account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon voluntary account closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance in accordance with our standard withdrawal procedures. Accounts with zero balance that remain inactive for twelve (12) consecutive months may be closed automatically by wowph1.

10. General Provisions

10.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and wowph1 regarding your use of our services and supersede any prior agreements, communications, or understandings, whether written or oral.

10.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its original intent. If such modification is not possible, the invalid provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

10.3 Waiver

No waiver by wowph1 of any breach or default under these Terms shall constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach or default. Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not be construed as a waiver of our right to enforce such provision in the future.

10.4 Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, or delegate your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. wowph1 may assign or transfer these Terms or any rights or obligations hereunder at our sole discretion, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganization, or sale of assets.
